Parhelion Cellars wines are produced locally in Santa Clarita and Lodi (in Northern California).

Our current library of wines represents grapes from Central and Northern California, specifically Paso Robles, Lodi, the Sierra Foothills, and the Central Coast.

Parhelion Cellars is comprised of Rose Hasper (Apprentice), Tracy Hasper (CFO), and Adam Hasper (Alchemist/Winemaker). We also have a huge team of people around us who have helped us along this adventure.

DETAILS:

Members receive 3 shipments a year, each containing 4 bottles. We will have a standard allocation for each shipment; however, you can customize your order before the release date. Select any wines of your choosing as long as you meet the minimum requirement of $100.

Free Delivery or Flat Rate Shipping

Pick up your wine at one of our Wednesday Wine Takeover events, or reach out to Adam for your free delivery at adam@parhelioncellars.com. Free Delivery is for anyone in Los Angeles or Ventura Counties.

Shipping will be a flat rate depending on the amount of wine you purchase. [Due to the summer heat, we will not ship wine during the extreme heat summer months! We also DO NOT ship wine out of the great state of California.] Wines may only be ordered and received by adults 21 years of age or older. An adult signature is required on delivery of all wine shipments.

Cancellation Policy

Please keep in mind that your signed membership agreement requires at least 1 shipment. If you need to cancel after receiving your first allocation, simply log into your account and cancel your membership. Please do so 30 days before a membership release.

If you choose to cancel within 30 days of the next scheduled shipment, your credit card will be charged for the shipment, and the wine will be available for pickup at one of our events or delivered for free (Local LA County Only). If you are outside LA County, we will ship your wine when the weather permits. This policy is in place because wine availability and related supplies are allocated to members 30 days before the next shipment.
